I haven't made a mix in a long time. So I thought I would throw together some sweet little diddy's. I like swiffering to this mix or cooking in the kitchen. It's also suitable for the beach or BBQ type settings . You'll hear some fun tracks from Miike Snow, Daedalus, The Dirty Projectors , and more! Enjoy!

This week has been pretty rough. There were a lot of lay offs at my work;  many of whom were not just co-workers but friends of mine. Luckily I was able to keep my job. So I am happy it is the weekend now and that I am going home to see my family to spend Easter with them. I know I mentioned a spring mix tape to download last week which I originally intended to be chock full of dancey little numbers but in light of this week the mix has taken a slighter more low key turn. It's definitely still upbeat though so no worries. 

It's that time of year again where men scramble for last minute dinner reservations and try to decode what their girlfriends really mean when they say "  Don't get me anything for Valentines Day please". And since I am currently smitten I wanted to make the loviest quasi-cheesiest mix for your listening please. Funnnnn.

 So here is another mix of sweet songs to soothe your loins after not getting as much sleep as you hoped to get this weekend. I know it wasn't on purpose my friend. Whether it was the Friday you said you would just watch a movie and chill but decided to shotgun beers with your buddies or because you can't stand up to the peer pressure that was bestowed upon you to go out on Saturday and mix several types of hard alcohol; turning your head and stomach into massive pits of regret; this mix is for you.
